2. Step-by-Step Instructions
- From the main dashboard screen, click on "Start a new job." Alternatively, navigate to the jobs checklist section and click on the "New job" button.
- Select a checklist for the operator to follow and choose the operator who will complete the job.
- Enter a job reference and an optional order number. Assign tags and set the job priority. Add any additional notes or instructions for the operator.
- Click "Next."
- Select a site and project for the job if required. Set the job start and completion dates. Specify if the job should recur and its frequency.
- Click "Next."
- Review the job summary. Ensure all details are correct, including the allocated operator.
- Press the "Finish" button to allocate and send the job to the operator.
