1. Quick Overview
Purpose: The OPUS platform allows OPUS web users to reassign jobs efficiently. This feature ensures that tasks are allocated correctly, improving operational workflow and task management.
Pre-Requisites
Needed Access / Permissions: Re-assignment role set for the web user
Pre-setup Requirements: Ensure you are logged into the OPUS account with the re-assignment role
2. Step-by Step Instructions
- Access the Jobs Section: Click on the ‘Jobs’ button from the menu tab on the left side of the Dashboard.
- Filter Jobs by Date: To search within a specified period, click on the filter called “Dates” and then click on the blue filter button.
- Select Jobs to Reassign: Select all the jobs by clicking on the drop-down icon. Note that you can reassign individual jobs by selecting the job and within the job details page, select Actions – Reassign Job.
- Reassign the Job: Click on the Actions button and select “Reassign Job.”
